The Cowboy State lassoed districts into continuing to serve kids post COVID and its efforts to expand open education resources digitally throughout the state make us want to say YEEE HAAA! But the degree to which parents around the state some who are very disadvantaged have to exercise power still has a long way to go. Unlike Old Faithful there is very little consistency and power.
