Sadly, Tenneseein’ is not Tennebelievin’ for all. Get off of Beale Street and get rockin in the rest of the state. A new voucher program has offered some help and some interesting digital partnerships have been composed but a lackluster COVID response leaves the music feelin flat. Remarkable progress in growing parent power in 2019 is to be noted, but options are still limited largely to major metropolitan areas.
